will last you a lifetime. Losing weight is a journey, not a quick fix. You have to take everyday as it comes and do the very best you can to be the very best you can be.
Work out at least 3 to 5 times every week. Stay hydrated by drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water. Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Go for whole grains, seeds, and nuts for extra energy.
Finally, don’t be too hard on yourself if you miss a workout or snack on a few cookies once in a while. Just pick up where you left off with your healthy habits. Let your new diet and workout plan be the norm in your life.
